Her son Hridaynath is an entrepreneur and is the owner of a construction firm.
Her family consists of her son Hridaynath, Daughter-in-law and 2 grandsons namely Rohit and Rohan. Usha was married to Dattatray KaduDeshmukh who was a landlord and owned more than 25 acres of land in Pune! The couple has one son named Hridaynath KaduDeshmukh. Her mother has acted with legendary actor Prithviraj Kapoor in a number of silent movies. Born into an artist family, Usha too developed the same skills. Her family was engaged in Loknatya and plays. She made her career solely and reached the top position in Marathi film industry by a combination of her hard work and beauty. One of them was for her dance performance in Marathi Film ‘Mukkam Post Dhebewadi’ for the song ‘Hirwya maadicha Jeena awaghad…’ She rendered her voice for her few films. Though people know her by acting & dance, she is also a good singer. She has done mind-blowing dance performances in many of her movies. Not only a great actress, but she also one of the talented dancers of Marathi & Hindi Film Industry. In all, she has done more than 90-100 films. She was also a part of Manoj Kumar starrer film “Shirdi Ke Sai Baba.”.
